HotSchedules is a scheduling and team management platform for the restaurant industry. Facing mounting competition and lower-cost alternatives, its features had become spread across multiple packages, making it harder for operators to see the full value and for sales teams to explain the solution clearly.

 

To address this, the product was reorganized around three pillars—Workforce Management, Payroll & HR, and Recruiting & Onboarding—supported by updated pricing, packaging, and messaging that emphasize the outcomes operators care about most and the platform’s key differentiators.

The Built for the Hustle brand campaign was brought to life in a commercial that showcased real operator challenges and demonstrated the platform’s unique value. The campaign reached millions of views across digital and social channels, boosting awareness of HotSchedules’ differentiators and driving engagement with the platform.

Sales teams received a unified guide, customer-facing decks, brochures, and talk tracks, providing clear, practical tools to communicate the refreshed offering confidently. These resources created a consistent GTM approach, helping teams articulate value more effectively and accelerating adoption of the platform’s solutions.
